Unlike many other agencies, we're operators first. Before Thunderclap, we built our own media businesses from scratch. We wrote every issue, ran the ads, sold the sponsorships, and obsessed over the open rates. We’ve acquired newsletters and we’ve exited some ourselves. That operator scar tissue runs deep, and it's what every client gets access to from day one.

Today we help clients launch, scale, and migrate newsletter programs on beehiiv — from first-time creators to enterprise publishing teams with millions of subscribers.

We’ve intentionally kept the studio small so every client works directly with a senior team. No layers, no handoffs, and no rigid agency process… just experienced operators staying closely involved from strategy through execution.
